Call for Proposals

The Call for Proposals is now Closed.

The SHAPE America National Convention & Expo is the country’s leading professional development event for health and physical educators — from preK–12 teachers to university professors/researchers and the “future professionals” they teach.

In 2024, the national convention will be held in Cleveland, March 12-16. We are now accepting high-quality proposals that will be delivered through an equity, diversity, and inclusion lens and that address a full range of issues facing health and physical educators, administrators, and other key stakeholders as they seek to put all children on the path to health and physical literacy.

Your submission will help mold a national program that prepares and inspires the health and physical education profession to meet the demands of an ever-changing world.
