SHAPE America Hires Stephanie Jumps to Oversee National health. moves. minds.® Program
RESTON, VA, July 29, 2021 — SHAPE America ‒ Society of Health and Physical Educators is pleased to announce the selection of Stephanie Jumps as senior manager of community initiatives and social impact.
Jumps will be leading efforts to continue scaling SHAPE America’s health. moves. minds. service-learning program. In this role she will be responsible for overall program management, providing support to participating teachers, serving as the liaison to the program’s state partners, and working with SHAPE America’s national program partner, Gopher.
Most recently, Jumps supported the Corporate and Youth Market Development Division of the American Heart Association (AHA). In her role with the AHA she cultivated, stewarded and supervised both school and corporate events - Kids Heart Challenge (previously known as Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops for Heart), American Heart Challenge and Heart Walk.
