SHAPE America Announces 2018 Honor Award Recipients
RESTON, VA, March 14, 2018 — SHAPE America-Society of Health and Physical Educators today announced the class of 2018 Honor Award recipients. This year’s outstanding professionals will be recognized at the 133rd SHAPE America National Convention & Expo in Nashville, March 22, at the Professional Excellence Awards Ceremony. They are:

- Tom Loughrey, Missouri Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance
- Dorothy Orr, SHAPE Alaska
- Bobbie Perry, Kamehameha Elementary, HI
The SHAPE America Honor Awards have been a tradition for 87 years. First began in 1931, the awards continue to this day in recognition for meritorious service by our members.
