Virtual Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt

There will be over 40 exhibitors participating in the virtual exhibit hall offering activities, resources, solutions, and professional development offerings. Not only should you visit their booths for exclusive savings and discounts, but you should play our virtual Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt game for your chance to win prizes!

How It Works
  1. Attendees will visit participating virtual exhibitor booths to find the answer to their scavenger hunt question(s) and then record their answer on their game form (found under My Convention in the virtual platform). The game form will auto-save each time an attendee records a new answer, allowing attendees to complete the scavenger hunt throughout the course of the virtual convention (not all at one time).
  2. Attendees that participate in the scavenger hunt game will be entered into a daily, random prize drawing, just for participating. They do not have to have completed the scavenger hunt to be eligible. Daily prize drawings will be conducted as follows: 7:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 13 and 5:30 p.m. EST on Wednesday, April 14 and Thursday, April 15. Daily prize drawing winners will be announced via social media and posted on the convention website.
  3. The scavenger hunt will close on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. EST. All completed scavenger hunt entries will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing; all scavenger hunt questions must be answered to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Winners will be announced via social media and posted on the convention website.
  4. Daily Prize Drawing and Grand Prize Drawing winners will be selected at random. Limit one prize award per attendee. If random selection generates the same attendee for an additional prize, SHAPE America reserves the right to randomly select a new winner.
