Can Mindfulness Be Integrated With Resistance Training?
Thursday, Friday
Come share a cup of coffee with James Crivaro to discuss how traditional resistance training
exercises can be integrated with mindfulness practice. When COVID-19 caused universities to convert to online teaching,
kinesiology classes such as Resistance Training became a challenge for remote teaching. Using different types of resistance,

students be present during exercise sessions can also help with focus. This conversation will be introduced with discussion
to follow about how this may be applied.
